Finance Manager/Accountant – New start-up Private Equity Firm

Job description

Our client is a fast growing private equity firm with global mandate investment across Asia Pacific, including Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Australia, etc. With their rapid growth in business, they are currently looking for a dynamic Finance Manager to set up the finance function.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily accounting functions including month end closing, monthly financial statements, maintain full set accounting records
• Prepare budgeting and forecasting, analysis, reconciliation, tax and audit issues, etc
• Work closely with senior management and participate in front office tasks (transactions, valuation, etc)
• Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by management

To be considered for this position the successful individual will have:

• A degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance
• Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in Big4 (financial services)
• Good knowledge of Private Equity Fund
• CPA qualified
• Intermediate/Advance excel skills would be a plus
• Quick learner, self motivator, and team player
• Ability to perform under pressure to strict deadlines
• Native English Speaker is a must
