Job description
A leading, luxury restaurant group is currently seeking for a General Manager to join one of their prestigious restaurants to lead their FOH. They are currently seeking for a candidate with strong working experience within the F&B space from Hong Kong to be based in Singapore. If you’re a candidate with strong experience in managing FOH of a Michelin starred or high-end restaurant, and open to relocating to Singapore then this is an excellent role for you!
Job Description
Oversee overall operations of FOH, implement and maintain operating procedures
Responsible for talent management, performance management, training and development, compensation, and disciplinary matters
Lead and oversee the coordination of all aspects of operations to ensure high quality guest experience
Drive financial performance with leadership team to achieve financial targets
Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial analyses with accounting team
Review operating results to minimize wastage and increase productivity and efficiency
The Successful Applicant
Minimum 10 years of working experience from Michelin starred or premium-to-luxury restaurants, preferably in Japanese / Italian cuisines
Strong experience in F&B service and operations skills
Excellent command in building and maintaining relations with internal departments and key customers
Previous experience in managing a comprehensive FOH team
Proactive mindset with innovative approaches
