Job description
Our client, a leading Chinese asset manager, is looking to extend their business in Hong Kong.They will be looking for a Head of Compliance to join their newly set up team.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the set up of the firm, and be in charge of the regulatory and AML requirements at local level
Main point of contact with SFC regulators, licensing, AML and KYC
Supervise SFC license holders’ requirements of CPT training
Grow and manage a small team to assist with KYC/AML/Regulatory Compliance
Requirements:
University graduate in a related discipline
Experienced as a MIC (Compliance) will be advantageous
Sound knowledge of SFO and SFC codes and guidelines, CRS regulations etc
Excellent command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
