Head of Compliance role to lead the Greater China compliance function and to act as an industry spokesperson and expert to promote an excellent understanding of regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Management, Legal, and Risk Management teams to develop and maintain the global compliance program in Hong Kong and China.  He/she will maintain excellent knowledge of applicable legislation, codes of practice, industry guidelines and best practices, and will liaise with regulators and other industry bodies to manage engagement on regulatory topics and to ensure standards are developed and applied.

The successful candidate will have at least 12 years of relevant regulatory compliance/legal experience and ideally with experience in the e-commerce, payments or financial services industry.  Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin is required for the position.
