I am looking for a strategic leader to serve as Head of Customer Care for my client, a leading bank in Hong Kong. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high service quality while handling in-bound and out-bound calls with customers

Key Requirements:                                         

  • Cantonese/Mandarin skills is a MUST
  • Strong knowledge in  banking products, or marketing, or digital channel experience in financial industry
