I am looking for a strategic leader to serve and lead as Head of Customer Segmentation & Engagement my client, a leading bank in Hong Kong.
He/She will help formulate and drive the customer engagement strategy to improve the bank’s portfolio quality, customer loyalty and profitability.
- Formulate customer engagement strategy to deepen customer relationship as measured by revenue per customer, product penetration and customer retention etc
- Build customer loyalty and privilege program and design seamless engagement journeys to strengthen value proposition of the bank
- Lead the team to implement effective marketing programs and customer engagement events to grow, engage and retain the Bank’s target customers
- Formulate customer strategy covering segmentation, channel optimization, communication approach,
- Identify business opportunities and implement related plans by using analytics, AI, data models to improve program effectiveness
- Use data-driven approach to identify business opportunities and transform customer insights into actionable initiatives
- Use AI and data to improve frontline and customer experience, uplift sales productivity and drive incremental revenue from the target segment
- > 12 years of experience in marketing, customer segment, product management, business analytics or sales and distribution
- Sound knowledge in Retail Banking and Wealth Management business and products
- Strong knowledge or experience in data analytics and modelling
- Cantonese/Mandarin is a MANADATORY
