Head of Digital Product Delivery

Job description

I am looking for a strategic leader to serve and lead as Head of Digital Product Delivery for my client, a leading bank in Hong Kong

Key Responsibilities:              

• Lead and manage the digital initiatives for the bank’s Retail and Private Banking business. E.g digital channels and products including payments, savings, investing and protecting etc.
• Work closely with digital product and channel teams to define digital product vision, conceptualize the product ideas, formulate the roadmap strategy and drive the execution strategy.
• Develop business requirement documents, user stories, working with business stakeholders from different platforms, product teams and or partners and iterate the details of the requirement into user stories.
• Work with UX/UI design team and digital product team to conceptualize and optimize customer journey and design of screens with your expertise in the product and banking domain.

Key Requirements:                                         

• Cantonese/Mandarin preferred to support business growth in Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area
• > 8 years’ experience in Retail Banking or Private Banking in areas of mobile payments, x-border payment, mobile / Internet Banking etc
• Have successful track record in driving analytics vision and innovation and transformation
• Lead and challenge the status quo on project delivery and product development life cycle’
• Strong leadership, team building, project-management skills.
