Our client is a Hong Kong based leading organization with variety of businesses, verticals and progressive business concepts; they are currently seeking for a seasoned HR Business Partner to join them as a Head of HR to focus on driving people agenda, align and drive organization-wide development plan

Key responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted Business Partner to senior stakeholders across the business  to drive operational success and performance
• Design and implement development strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness
• Develop strategic solutions to people development and retention issues including talent reviews, succession planning, employer branding, calibration reviews and performance management
• Build strong work relationships with all level of business leaders, be able to influence and coach leadership in effectively managing human capital
• Identify and provide decision support on organisational structure solutions based on changing business needs, also reporting to management
• Provides insights and key HR data to senior leaders

Key Requirements:

• A recognised university degree with an emphasis in Human Resources or related degree
• Minimum 15 years of experience as a strategic HR, Industry experience in Retail or Consumer Goods is a MUST
• Experience in change management and organisation development in a growth phase would be critical
• Demonstrate profound knowledge and experience in every aspect of HR
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and demonstrated capability of influencing change within an organisation
• Hands-on and able to work in a highly fast-paced environment
