This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a Head of Legal role at a leading multinational corporation. The successful candidate will lead the regional legal function and become a business partner and strategic advisor to the senior management and be responsible for the delivery of high-quality legal advice and services throughout the APAC region.

Based in Hong Kong, the Head of Legal will lead a small team in providing legal support to all aspects of corporate and commercial matters including cross-border transactions, corporate governance, commercial contracts negotiation, general corporate advice as well as company policy and procedure management.
The ideal candidate will be a Hong Kong qualified lawyer with at least 8 years of combined in-house and private practice post qualification experience. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin is required. The position will best suit Head of Legal/sole Legal Counsel working within the FMCG sector.
