This is a management position with responsibility for leading a mid-to-large sized in-house legal team. The successful candidate will work as Head of Litigation, Regulatory and Investigations and will manage all litigation work, lead regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings as well as implement remediation programs for effective procedures and controls.
The position will best suit senior litigators who are working as Head of Legal, Partners, or Senior Counsels with a good track record as a manager who is able to seamlessly take over a team of high performers and proven ability to provide operational and strategic leadership. Candidates must have at least 12 years of PQE with no less than 10 years of PQE focusing on litigation/regulatory matters, gained in the litigation, dispute resolution and/or regulatory team of an international law firm, or with an MNC as litigation/regulatory subject matter legal expert. The position is open for both Solicitors and Barristers. Fluent English and Chinese is required for the position.
