A world-renowned and reputable ecommerce company is currently seeking for a Head of Performance Marketing to join their leading user growth team. The chosen candidate will play a vital role to contribute to the company’s APAC business growth.
If you have 10+ years of user operations and growth experience from the ecommerce field and have a strong passion in data analysis and strategy planning, then this is an excellent role for you!
Job Description
Initiate and execute go-to-market strategy
Utilize data and analytics to drive insights and propose corresponding marketing strategies
Perform extensive A/B testing and design operation strategy
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on key decision making
Manage and execute promotion program
Responsible for key P&L management
Coach and lead a regional team
The Successful Applicant
Degree holder in marketing, digital or related disciplines
Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience with strong team management experience
Excellent command in both spoken and written English
Data-driven individual with a strong analytical sense
Previous regional exposure will be a definite advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
