Head of Risk & Control

Job description

I am looking for a strategic leader to serve as Head of Risk & Controls for my client, a leading bank. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure implementation of Operational Risk Management policies and standards
• Assess and identify the potential risks issues from first line of business at Retail and  Wealth Management Operations
• Develop mitigation measures and recommend preventive measures to manage and monitor the potential risk issues of the first line
• Responsible for the reporting and monitoring of key risk issues to the Bank

Key Requirements:                                          

• Cantonese/Mandarin skills is a MUST
• Experience with risk transformation and managing large-scale projects
