Our client is a well-known hospitality group with a well-known portfolio of luxury hotels. They are now seeking a high caliber person to join and lead their team.

Main Duties:

This position is based in the Hong Kong office and will lead a sizable team to develop, plan and execute marketing strategies. This role will oversee ALL aspects of marketing within the group.

Requirements:

• Degree holder.
• Possess 15+ years in Marketing division within luxury industries, with at least 5 years’ experience as the Head of Sales & Marketing.
• MUST have exposure to China market, ideally from hospitality background.
• Strong experience in leading an organization in all divisions of marketing.
• Must be hands-on, passionate, out-going, well-organized and a proactive person.
• Strong presentation and people management skills.
• Fluency in English is a must. Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage.
• Willing to travel
