Job description
Our client is a sizable conglomerate with strong APAC presence. Due to their continuous expansion, they are now seeking for a Head of Treasury to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing cash and liquidity management through cash flow planning and forecasting
Managing treasury operations and controls (cash pooling/sweeping, forex hedging, etc)
Managing banking relationships
Driving treasury-specific projects/initiatives across the region
Preparing and presenting treasury reports to senior management and stakeholders
Monitoring compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
Requirements:
Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
Member of CFA or FRM or CPA equivalent
Minimum 12 years' relevant experience in treasury operations, banking or financial services industry
Exposure to China and International markets is essential
Good problem solving, analytical and communication skills
Active learner, a team player and collaborator
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
