Job description

Position Summary

A global law firm is looking for a new addition to their Helpdesk Support team. The candidate will be a key member in the team with opportunities to take part in regional wide IT enhancement projects. The position would be ideal for candidates with excellent language skills and are looking to continue their career in an international environment.

 

Duties

  • Provide Tier 1 & Tier 1 Helpdesk support

  • Troubleshooting and assistance to hardware & software

  • Engage in system enhancement projects

  • Maintain and configure desktop, laptop, mobile phones and equipment

  • Support video conferencing and remote working devices

  • Ad hoc duties as assigned by team leader

 

Profile

  • Degree/diploma holder in Computer Science/Information Systems or related

  • 2 years or above experience in IT support in professional service firms

  • Law firm experience would be an advantage

  • Strong English & Chinese speaking ability

  • Experience in supporting remote working & video conferencing
