Job description

Our client is a reputable MNC with business portfolio in various countries. They are now looking for a Helpdesk Support Lead to join their team in their regional headquarters. The role will be responsible for leading a local Helpdesk Support team for Tier 1 & Tier 2 Helpdesk Support and will also take part in ongoing system enhancement projects. This opportunity will be ideal for candidates who are looking for a stable environment to develop their career in IT support, in a team leading role.  

 

Duties 

  • Lead a team of IT helpdesk and carry out daily support duties 

  • Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 helpdesk support to users 

  • Responsible for serving VIP users 

  • Take part in system upgrade and implementation of new technologies 

  

  • Degree or diploma holder in computer science or related disciplines 

  • At least 2 years of team leading experience working in helpdesk/IT support role 

  • Good communication skills and ability to respond to ad hoc issues 

  • Microsoft certifications would be an added advantage 

  • VMware/ related experience would be a plus 

  • Fluent English, Cantonese, Mandarin
