Our client is a mid-size international law firm with a broad practice in Hong Kong. The firm’s job opening is for a Human and Administrative Executive.
Working directly with the other business support managers in support of the partners, this will be a good opportunity for someone currently working in a law firm and supporting Human Resources and Administration functions. Due to the continued success and growth of the firm’s Hong Kong office, the ideal professional will have the opportunity to develop in many areas of law firm administration including human resources, recruiting, liaising with the Law Society, scheduling support staff and assisting the firm’s partners to maintain the office culture and professional environment.
- At least five years of experience in a law firm and comfortable working with staff and lawyers of all levels.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.

This role does not require regular overtime, but on occasion you may work on special projects requiring longer hours. This role would be ideal for a candidate looking to develop a long term career in a law firm with many chances for development.
