Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Pipeline: Support general talent acquisition processes and assist with the coordination and execution of graduate recruitment initiatives.
Employee Lifecycle Management: Coordinate all administrative and logistical arrangements for onboarding new joiners and processing departing staff.
Data & Records Maintenance: Ensure the high accuracy and integrity of employee data within the HRIS, Document Management System (DMS), and physical personnel files.
Benefits & Leave Administration: Facilitate MPF enrollment and benefits registration for new employees, and manage the tracking of staff absence records.
Regulatory & Insurance Compliance: Oversee communications, report preparation, and document submissions for the Law Society of Hong Kong and the Professional Indemnity Insurance provider.
Legal Licensing: Administer practicing certificate applications and renewals for both local and foreign qualified lawyers, liaising with regulatory bodies as necessary.
Professional Development Support: Provide logistical and administrative backing for internal Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training sessions.
Key Skills and Experience Required
Education: University degree holder in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of human resources experience
Language Skills: Complete fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese; proficiency in Putonghua is beneficial.
Core Competencies: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Personal Attributes: Highly conscientious with strong attention to detail, paired with an approachable and enthusiastic working style.
