Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Advisory: Serve as a trusted business partner, delivering high-quality HR consultation and guidance across the organization.

  • Operational Execution: Partner closely with line managers to ensure the seamless delivery of comprehensive HR services, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development.

  • Total Rewards Management: Evaluate, design, and optimize compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and strict compliance with statutory requirements.

  • Strategic Alignment: Support the formulation, rollout, and tracking of HR strategies designed to support overarching business and operational objectives.

  • Project Delivery: Drive and contribute to various ad hoc HR initiatives and special projects as business needs evolve.

Key Requirements

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field, paired with a minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience. Background in F&B, catering, retail, or large-scale corporate environments is highly preferred.

  • Work Style: Proven capability to thrive in high-velocity environments, leading strategic initiatives while maintaining a practical, hands-on approach to execution.

  • Core Attributes: Demonstrated ability to act as a resilient change agent with a proactive, positive mindset.

  • Interpersonal & Project Skills: Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination capabilities.

  • Analytical Aptitude: Strong data literacy and numerical reasoning; highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and management presentations.

  • Language Proficiency: Professionally fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin).
