Our client is a renowned luxury brand with global presence; they are currently seeking for a young, dynamic and highly competent individual to join them as an HR Business Partner to focus on the brand’s regional expansion.

Key responsibilities:

  • As a business partner, provide top notch HR service and advice to stakeholders with people strategies
  • Be a key contributor to upcoming business expansion plan, drive local and regional HR strategies based on business needs and growth
  • Partner closely with your team to drive retail initiatives  and recruitment strategies
  • Work closely with line managers on talent and manpower planning
  • Drive talent management initiatives, including  talent development, succession planning, and retention plan
  • Responsible for designing and implementing  employee communication strategy and activities
  • Review and develop the best Compensation & Benefits policies and practices

Key requirements:

  • Degree in HR or related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of HRBP experience
  • Business savvy, intellectual and possess great knowledge of HR best practices and recruitment strategy
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented, independent and creative
  • Excellent command in written & spoken English and Chinese
