Reporting to the Head of Legal, the successful candidate will be responsible for drafting a broad ranging commercial contracts and agreements, researching and advising on the legal implications of different policies, implementing policy reforms, as well as assisting in the provision of legal solutions and support to different business units.
The ideal candidate will be qualified to practise as a Solicitor in Hong Kong and hold a minimum of a 2:1 honours degree with experience or knowledge in Commercial (Contract) Law, have excellent legal drafting skills and be highly proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
