This is a rare opportunity for junior litigators to go in-house and work with a highly regarded company that is making a significant impact in society.
The successful candidate will be part of a Hong Kong legal team and will work as Litigation Counsel with responsibilities of supporting on litigation and investigations matters and advice internal and external business stakeholders on the related legal risks. He/she will assist in and execute strategies in relation to litigation and investigations matters and will develop approaches to resolve disputes.
The ideal candidate will be a Hong Kong qualified lawyer with around 2 – 5 years of PQE and have a background in litigation, preferably have some experience in handling investigation cases. The candidate must have a keen interest in focusing/learning in the area of investigation/regulatory. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese) required.
