With expanding sales and operations around the globe, this legal counsel job will play an important role in the further expansion. The IP counsel will report to the General Counsel and support
The ideal lawyer for this role will have qualifications for patent law or strong in-house experience covering hard/soft IP portfolios. Experience covering patent/commercial issues and vendor contracts in the PRC and other regions would be preferred. You should be fluent in English and Mandarin with strong drafting abilities in Chinese.
