IT Project Manager (Real Estate)

Job description

I am looking for an individual to serve as IT Project Manager for my client, a leading real estate and property investment. He/She will help to manage IT projects for the Company’s overseas subsidiaries/ investment platforms.

Key Responsibilities:               

• Oversee the project with end-to-end management across initiation to final implementation.

• Formulate projects which can assist the achieving the business objectives.

• Define and establish project scope and business requirements with the stakeholders.

• Provide recommendations on process enhancements and systems upgrades.

• Manage project business analysis including feasibility study, requirement analysis, UAT and implementation support.

• Provide direction, consultancy, and support to business and project teams.

• Manage projects on schedule, budget, scope, quality, risks, issues, team, resource management, etc.

• Manage and reconcile conflicts on resources and expectations between stakeholders, act as an escalation point when required.

Key Requirements:                                         

• Fluency in verbal and written Cantonese/Mandarin/English is MANDATORY

• >5 years’ working experience in managing and delivering projects across cross-functional and geographical spaces

• Will have frequent travel to the U.S.

• Real estate or asset management experience is preferred

• Prior experience with Big4 or Management consultancy is preferred

• Great knowledge of the business process and change management
