Responsibilities:

  • Build a close professional relationship with all decision makers in terms of transportation and Logistics;
  • Work closely with local operations team and local account managers to ensure all service expectations are being met;
  • Understand client’s problems and challenges, while looking for opportunities to design, offer, sell and implement competitive solutions;
  • Provide prompt and compelling service proposals to address client’s requirements and earn trust from clients;
  • Define and help implement client specific SOPs;
  • Ensure all the requested milestones are being met with client expectations;
  • Work closely with both origin and destination to identify and solve any issues that may be leading to service failure;
  • Organize, leads and reviews KPI/QBR and drive the operation excellence internally;

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management or related disciplines;
  • 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in Key Account Management, Sales Management and/or Business Development in freight forwarding/logistics industry;
  • Experienced in serving Global clients and effectively communicating with different parties and branches;
  • A good team player with excellent skills in communication, presentation and leadership;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English & Mandarin;
