Job description
- 3-6 PQE international firm experience
- Fluent English
- Prior experience in Private M&A, Public M&A / Takeovers Code, Capital Markets / Listing Rules and Companies Ordinance
The ideal candidate would have to creating, maintain and distribute knowhow for internal lawyers and client briefings for external clients. The candidate would be reviewing and responding to consultation papers as well as giving internal and external training. The candidate would be required to provide ad hoc support to fee earners and monitor as well as comment on changes to Hong Kong laws, rules and regulations.
