Charterhouse is working with a partner of an international law firm further expanding the corporate team. This job will be an ideal opportunity for a senior associate looking to join a large team and a clear upward path.
This senior associate will need have strong technical skills for Hong Kong corporate work covering IPO, public/private M&A, and corporate compliance. You must be sharp and communicate well with both Local and PRC clients, as well as being a strong mentor for the junior associates/trainees.
- Hong Kong Corporate Practice
- Hong Kong Solicitor with minimum of 5 PQE
- Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese would be a plus
