Job description

Our client is a sizable Hong Kong blue chip company; they are currently seeking for an experienced L&D Manager to focus on corporate development. Identifying learning need, formulating curriculums, , and to develop online learning platform

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to develop learning and development initiatives and strategies to support business growth and drive corporate culture
  • Develop and implement various development programs to enhance competence that are aligned with corporate business direction
  • Promote corporate culture and core values internally through designing and rolling creative  engagement programs
  • Manage the implementation of each L&D program, from proposal, the design of learning solutions, program delivery and evaluating the effectiveness
  • Participate in organizing employee communication activities
  • Prepare and monitor annual learning and development budget

Key requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years of solid experience in L&D, preferably from Property industry
  • Highly competent in L&D design and delivery
  • Experienced in training delivery, and on subjects such as leadership and corporate development
  • Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
