Job description
Our client is private HK real estate developer with a down to earth work culture. They are expanding their commercial leasing portfolio in Hong Kong and in need of a hands on leasing manager to assist in an upcoming commercial block.
Job roles:
- Overall in charge of a new commercial building's tenants acquisition, negotiation and operation.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties such as government departments, agents to comply with regulations and legal formalities
- Maintain good relationship with tenants and conduct market research/
- market intelligent, cost bench-marking etc
Job Requirements :
- Degree holders
- 4-8 years relevant experience in commercial leasing and marketing experience
- Experienced managing retail or commercial tenants
- Strong planning, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Good Command in English, Cantonese and Chinese
