This is an exciting opportunity for lawyers with a banking background looking to embark upon and develop a career in the financial technology sector with a company which has been put in the spotlight since its setup due to its facilitation in financial innovation.

Based in Hong Kong, the successful candidate will provide strategic legal insights to the management team; draft, review, negotiate a wide range of contractual documents; provide legal advice in relation to company policy and procedural matters; liaise with regulatory authorities and manage external counsel.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer with at least 3/4 years of PQE gained in the banking team of a reputable law firm or in the legal department of a bank in Hong Kong. He/she must have a strong understanding of the banking industry and the Asian financial markets and must have excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
