Job Purpose:
Provide legal support and assistance
Duties:
- Work closely with, and provide assistance to, different internal business departments/units in relation to broad legal matters
- Assist in drafting and reviewing a wide spectrum of commercial contracts and agreements
- Assist with IP and anti-counterfeiting related matters
- Perform legal research and keep abreast of legislation/regulatory changes and updates
- Assist in maintaining legal database and keeping company records up to date
Requirements:
- Law Degree
- No less than 3 years of experience as paralegal/legal officer or related gained with a law firm or an in-house legal department
- Excellent command of English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office applications - Excel, PowerPoint, Word - in English and Chinese
