Job description
Our client is a global leader in financial technology offering a large digital trading platform with offices across the world.
- Opportunity to get into a rapidly growing sector
- Broaden exposure to both litigation and commercial work
- Private practice lawyers will also be considered
Reporting to the Regional General Counsel, the successful candidate will work closely with key business partners and will provide legal and regulatory support on a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions including assisting in litigation and regulatory strategies and managing outside counsel on the related matters.
The role will best suit Hong Kong qualified lawyers with around 3 to 8 years of litigation experience. Specific experience in regulatory litigation is a plus. Fluent English and Mandarin skills are required for this position.
