Management Accountant - Private Equity

Job description

Our client is a fast growing international private equity firm with global footprint.  With their rapid growth in business, they are currently looking for a dynamic Management Accountant to join their HK finance team. 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily accounting functions including month end closing, monthly financial statements, maintain full set accounting records
• Handle tax and regulatory reports  
• Prepare budgeting and forecasting, analysis, reconciliation, tax and audit issues, etc
• Work closely with senior management and participate in different projects
• Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by management

Requirements: 

• A degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Big 4 and Hedge Fund background 
• Good knowledge of Private Equity Fund
• CPA qualified
• Strong technical proficiency in excel 
• Independent, quick learner and strong team player
• Ability to multi task and able to meet tight deadlines 
• Strong inter personal and communication skills 
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
