Job description
Our client is a Asset Management firm with track record in their field. They are currently expanding the business and looking for a fund accounting professional to join their team.
Job duties:
- Responsible for the overall fund accounting/NAV production process, Such as review of NAV reports, processing of transactions and capital call, monitor accuracy of fund expenses (management fee, performance fee, etc)
- Preparation of financial statements, partner capital statements, other forecasting and analysis
- Assist in AML checks for investors
- Assist in other financial and accounting matters
- Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by management
To be considered for this position the successful individual will have:
- A degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance
- Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in fund accounting area (Private Equity fund focus). (Big4 background is a plus)
- CPA qualified
- Good knowledge of private equity fund and asset management field
- Self motivated, team player, excellent time management, organizational skills
- Excellent command of English and Cantonese
