Manager/Assistant Manager - Financial System

Job description

Client:

Our client is a well established local listed company with global footprints. In order to support their expansion, they are planning to enhance their system and seeking an experienced Financial System Assistant Manager/Manager  to join their Finance team.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Finance team head and bridging Finance and IT team
• Analyse business requirement, communicate with different users and plan for appropriate solutions to align with business strategies
• Being the key contact person for both internal and external financial system users
• Involve in process improvement by participating in accounting system enhancement/implementation and maintenance
• Conduct IT controls and assessments to ensure processes, workflow and procedures are comply with company policy
• Carry out ad-hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant disciplines with professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, CIA, CISA)
• Minimum 3 years financial system experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive working attitude with strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Cantonese and Mandarin
