Manager - Talent Development

We are seeking candidate with:

• Experience working on talent development, recruitment and fast pace working enironment is essenital
• Craft and implement a talent strategy aligned with the company's future growth and transformation goals.

• Proactively build and engage talent pools through diverse sourcing strategies.

• Establish talent management frameworks for succession planning and high-potential development.

• Develop future-focused learning and development programs that equip leaders and managers with the skills to navigate evolving business landscapes

Requirement:

• Tertiary educated in Human Resources, Psychology or a related discipline

• A minimum of 10 years hands-on experience within a sizable working environment

• Talent acquisition experience is essential, who worked as a HRBP will be a plus

• A trusted advisor to senior stakeholders with excellent influential experience working with internal/ external parties

• Strong business acumen and proactive attitude
