Job description
Our client is a global leader with several market leading brands in the portfolio. Currently they have a Marketing Manager - Luxury beauty/ Skincare to lead the product marketing team
Main Duties:
- Develop overall ATL and BTL marketing strategies and branding campaigns
- Data crunching, work with research agencies, conduct competitor analyses
- Responsible for product launches; work closely with agencies
- Lead a small team and work closely with CRM and PR teams
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Business/ Marketing or related disciplines
- 6+ Years of Marketing experience in Beauty/ counter brands
- Experience in brand management and multiple product launches
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills, experience working with research agencies
- Self-motivated, independent, strong business sense with excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Good commend in written and spoken English and Cantonese
