One of the leading US law firm is looking for a mid level associate to join their Corporate team. This opportunity is for associates who posses a JD and is admitted in the US. The candidate must also have experience in Biology/ Biochemistry. The ideal candidate must posses qualifications from a prestigious law school and have experience in corporate transactions. The ideal candidate must posses a strong sense of drive. The candidate must be able to speak and draft in Fluent English and Chinese. The remuneration package is highly attractive and the firm is willing to relocate suitable talents to Hong Kong ,Beijing or Shanghai.
