The client is a US Law firm and is one of the top 50 law firms globally. They are looking for a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years of Corporate and Commercial experience focused on IPO deals.
This would be an excellent opportunity to join a US law firm with a great team and opportunities to work with various large clients covering IPO listings, M&A deals and more.
The compensation package in this firm is attractive and you will have good support and work together with a team of driven individuals.
The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills. Ability to converse and write in English and Chinese is compulsory. The candidate should also be able to draft in Chinese. Experience working with the China market is a plus.
