Our client is a boutique fund house located in Southern district (few minutes walk from MTR station). They are currently looking for an vibrant office manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Directly report to the COO, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving key administration project, providing high level support to senior management and investment team including travel booking, coordinating trip itinerary, managing their calendars (meetings, scheduling), etc
  • Maintain office stationary, pantry supplies and tend to office assets when required;
  • Liaise with team and uphold company policies
  • Assist in keeping track of company’s expenses, collect receipts and compile employee reimbursement forms for expenses
  • Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by management

Requirements:

To be considered for this position the successful individual will have:

  • At least 3 years Office Manager experience
  • Able to take initiative; work independently and has a proactive attitude
  • Excellent organizational skills; responsive to completing tasks thoroughly
  • Strong communication skills; able to work well in a team and provide quality team support;
  • Hard working, has a strong sense of responsibility and dedication to delivering quality service;
  • An excellent command of written and spoken English/Cantonese
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
