Job description

Our client is an international payment transaction company with headquarter based in UK. They are seeking a new Operation Associate to offer an extra pair of hands to their back-office operations

Duties:

  • Support the operation team on trade support and treasury function
  • Book and record transaction data and client information in our database
  • Generate reports regularly from the transaction and client data
  • Execute FX transactions with counter parties and other treasury operation
  • Other ad hoc projects related to the mid and back office operations 

Requirements:

  • A Higher diploma holder or above with minimum 2 years mid or back office experience preferably gained from accounting, banking, financial industry, logistics industry, payment service or treasury function
  • Able to work independently while be a strong team player
  • Sensitive to numbers and mathematics
  • Diligent, great attention to details and proactive
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Sound knowledge on Microsoft office, especially Excel
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
