Job description
Our client is an international payment transaction company with headquarter based in UK. They are seeking a new Operation Associate to offer an extra pair of hands to their back-office operations
Duties:
- Support the operation team on trade support and treasury function
- Book and record transaction data and client information in our database
- Generate reports regularly from the transaction and client data
- Execute FX transactions with counter parties and other treasury operation
- Other ad hoc projects related to the mid and back office operations
Requirements:
- A Higher diploma holder or above with minimum 2 years mid or back office experience preferably gained from accounting, banking, financial industry, logistics industry, payment service or treasury function
- Able to work independently while be a strong team player
- Sensitive to numbers and mathematics
- Diligent, great attention to details and proactive
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Sound knowledge on Microsoft office, especially Excel
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
