Summary:
Our client is one of the most well known developers in Hong Kong, with more than 20 years of history; they are continuing to expand and to help with the expansion they are currently seeking for a Personal Assistant.
Responsibilities
- Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support
- Assist in arranging board meetings and conferences
- Attend events
- Handle travel arrangements, hotel accommodation and restaurant bookings
- Handling various correspondences
- Personal issues
- Coordinate meetings
- Assist in consolidating business reports
- As well as ad hoc assignments when required
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree holder with at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in sizable organization
- Good organizational skills and strong time management
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Good computer skills, particularly MS Excel, Chinese Word Processing, and data base systems
- Occasion travel may be required
- Candidates who are immediately available/short notice will be considered first
