Job description
Our client is a leading Chinese based investor with primary focus on real estate development, telecommunications and consumer retail. With the increasing business demand, they are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to support the leadership team on both personal and operational matters.
Responsibilities:
- Travel extensively with the Chairman including luggage handling
- Provide overall secretarial and admin support to senior managers
- Calendar management and meeting arrangement
- Filing, photocopying, faxing, typing, scanning and editing
- Draft simple correspondence for internal and external parties with clarity and accuracy
- Any other related ad hoc activities
Requirements:
- Must be immediately available
- University graduate with minimum of 5 years experience as a Personal Assistant to C-suite executive
- Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, organized and high attention to detail
- High level of proficiency in MS Office applications. Chinese Word processing is a must
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Positive disposition and with excellent interpersonal skills
