Job description
We are now seeking for Project Director - Store Development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Account for full spectrum of project management duties from inception to completion
- Manage project pipeline from design, submissions, procurement to installation with the support from both internal and external stakeholders
- Establish project controls and ensure the project is managed in timely manner within the parameter guidelines
- Devise and roll out facility management initiatives that drive store performance and enrich the customer journey
- Review and monitor the vendors' performances to promote the quality excellence initiatives
- Develop and maintain the standards and procedures to ensure strict compliance
- Work closely with business partners to fully understand the daily operation needs
QUALIFICATIONS
- Tertiary educated in Project Management, Engineering, Construction or related disciplines
- At least 15 years of retail store development experiences with proven track record in regional project exposures
- Sound knowledge in building management and energy efficiency practices is a definite advantage
- Excellent communications and organizational abilities
- Results driven, self-initiative and excellent business acumen
