Job description
An international real estate agency is currently seeking for a Sales Manager to be stationed in one of their SE Asia offices and lead a sizeable team of sales professionals.
Job Description
Develop and maintain relationships with potential and key customers
Lead sales team in achieving sales targets
Develop and coach sales professionals
Prepare monthly sales forecast and reports to management team
Perform competitor analysis and identify potential markets
The Successful Applicant
Degree holder in business or related disciplines
Strong command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Minimum 8 years of residential real estate sales experience from one of the leading agencies
Must have minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
Strong sales-driven mindset with excellent commercial sense
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The chosen candidate will be able to travel back to HK on a regular basis
Job Offer
Salary package up to HKD1M per annum
Driver and housing provided
12 flights to-and-from Hong Kong per annum
Sales exposure in a sizeable real estate agency
