Job description
Our client is a reputable law firm based in Central, Hong Kong. They are seeking an experienced receptionist to join their firm.
Duties:
- Responsible for the daily operation of reception
- Handle incoming calls, manage front desk area and welcome guests;
- Handle general clerical duties and provide full administrative support to departments;
- Maintain conference room booking, ensure the reception, conference rooms and pantry are neat and tidy;
- Maintain proper filing system and document storage for the department;
- Responsible for the daily operation and maintaining all service utensils and equipment’s in well condition in helping prepare any coffee or tea for guests;
- Responsible for the inventory of general office supplies;
- Handling any ad hoc tasks assigned by manager;
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-4 years relevant experience as a receptionist or administrative position in a law firm would be an advantage;
- Good telephone manner
- Good interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
- Cheerful, polite and friendly personality
- Organized, detailed-minded and self starter
- Fast learner
- The ability to multi-task and work independently;
