Job description

Our client is a reputable law firm based in Central, Hong Kong. They are seeking an experienced receptionist to join their firm.

Duties:

  • Responsible for the daily operation of reception
  • Handle incoming calls, manage front desk area and welcome guests;
  • Handle general clerical duties and provide full administrative support to departments;
  • Maintain conference room booking, ensure the reception, conference rooms and pantry are neat and tidy;
  • Maintain proper filing system and document storage for the department;
  • Responsible for the daily operation and maintaining all service utensils and equipment’s in well condition in helping prepare any coffee or tea for guests;
  • Responsible for the inventory of general office supplies;
  • Handling any ad hoc tasks assigned by manager;

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years relevant experience as a receptionist or administrative position in  a law firm would be an advantage;
  • Good telephone manner
  • Good interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
  • Cheerful, polite and friendly personality
  • Organized, detailed-minded and  self starter
  • Fast learner
  • The ability to multi-task and work independently;
