Job description
Summary:
My client is a stable and reputable international law firm in Central; they are currently seeking for a Receptionist/Legal Secretary to join them.
Responsibilities
Your daily duties will include:
- Being the first point of contact for all clients and visitors
- Provide full reception support to the Hong Kong office
- Maintaining a booking schedule for meeting rooms
- Answering phone enquiries and transferring calls to the responsible
- Issuing office/lift access cards for visitors
- Assisting Client Catering team to provide catering service to meetings, conferences and events
- Support 2 lawyers with bills and travel arrangements
- Any other ad hoc duties
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of Receptionist/Legal Secretary experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proactive and a highly motivated attitude
- Good command of spoken Chinese and English and Mandarin
- Excellent communication skills
