What you’ll do:
- Provide L1 / L2 technical support via email, chat, and phone
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware including: laptops, workstations, printers, phones, video conference units and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot WAN/LAN and TCP/IP connectivity issues
- Create and maintain user accounts, passwords, data integrity, system access & security
What you’ll need:
- Degree in IT or other related disciplines.
- More than 3 years work experience in Desktop Support (Mac and Windows)
- Experience in SaaS Administration using tools such as: Google Apps, Okta, Box, etc;
- Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin communication skills are essential.
- Pro-active, open minded and able to work independently.
- Willingness to take on business trips in APAC.
