Job description

What you’ll do:

  • Provide L1 / L2 technical support via email, chat, and phone
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware including: laptops, workstations, printers, phones, video conference units and mobile devices
  • Troubleshoot WAN/LAN and TCP/IP connectivity issues
  • Create and maintain user accounts, passwords, data integrity, system access & security

What you’ll need:

  • Degree in IT or other related disciplines.
  • More than 3 years work experience in Desktop Support (Mac and Windows)
  • Experience in SaaS Administration using tools such as: Google Apps, Okta, Box, etc;
  • Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin communication skills are essential.
  • Pro-active, open minded and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to take on business trips in APAC.
