A leading global banking group is inviting a mid-level banking and finance lawyer to join their Hong Kong office. Chinese language skills are not required for this position.
The successful candidate will work as a trusted advisor to business and will provide legal advice and support across the Asia region. The role will best suit in-house or private practice lawyers who are looking to leverage their structured finance expertise and gain experience in a broad array of market-leading corporate banking products and services.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer with around 5 – 12 years of post qualification experience gained in the Banking and Finance team of an international law firm or in the legal department of a financial services company. He/she must have broad-based knowledge of different collateral classes and the securitization process.
