Leading global banking group is inviting a mid-level banking and finance lawyer to join their Hong Kong office. Chinese language skills are not required for this position.
The successful candidate will provide legal advice and support in relation to broad financial products and services including structured finance products. He/she will be responsible for advising on a wide range of transactional, operational and regulatory issues in relation to complex and leveraged transactions.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer with around 5 – 10 years of post qualification experience gained in the Banking and Finance team of an international law firm or in the legal department of a financial services company.
